Scope and operator
This policy describes processing in SOL / Inspiria.AI, operated by Inspiria Ltd., company no. 515667566, including its web interface and connections through MCP, ChatGPT, Codex and WhatsApp. Contact information is available on our support page. For business data provided by an organization, that organization determines the purposes of its use and the authorized users; Inspiria processes the data to provide the agreed service.
Information processed
Depending on the features used, information includes account and contact details; user and company associations; permissions and preferences; prompts and conversation history; uploaded files; audio provided for transcription and resulting text; relevant data retrieved from connected SAP companies; generated reports and files; scheduling and delivery instructions; authorization records; and diagnostic, security and usage records. Not every request uses all of these categories.
Purposes and choice
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce access, answer requests, generate outputs, execute requested or configured operations, deliver approved notifications, maintain context, provide support, investigate issues and account for service usage. Providing information through these interfaces is generally voluntary; without necessary information or authorization, some features cannot be provided. An organization's own legal duties regarding its business records are separate. Only provide information you are authorized to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Services involved and sharing
Relevant request content and data can be processed by AI and infrastructure providers used by the service, including OpenAI and Microsoft Azure services. Connected providers such as messaging or email services process information when used for the requested operation or a configured workflow. Such processing may take place outside Israel, depending on provider deployment and the applicable service arrangements. Authorized organizational administrators and support personnel may access relevant information for administration and support. Disclosure may also be required by applicable law.
When using SOL inside ChatGPT or Codex, prompts and tool results visible in that platform are also handled under that platform's own settings and privacy terms. A file copied, downloaded or sent to another service is also subject to that destination's handling. This policy does not determine those providers' independent retention or model-training practices.
Storage, retention and deletion requests
Conversation content, preferences, diagnostic records and generated outputs can be stored to operate the service. Retention depends on the type of record, the organization's service arrangements, operational and security needs, and legal requirements. Contact support for the arrangements applicable to your account or organization and to request review, correction or deletion of information, subject to applicable law and identity/authority verification. Some records or backups may need to be retained under those arrangements or legal duties.
Disconnecting an MCP connection stops its use through that connection; it does not automatically delete SOL history, SAP business records, previously delivered messages or copies in ChatGPT, Codex or other services. Requests concerning organizational SAP records should be coordinated with the organization's administrator; copies held by another platform should be managed with that platform.
Access controls and cookies
SOL uses authentication and company/user permissions to control access. Connections to the public service use HTTPS. The website uses session and authentication cookies for sign-in and operation. No security measure eliminates every risk. Keep access credentials private, review connected integrations and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your requests and changes to this policy
You may contact support about access to and correction of your personal information and other requests available under applicable law. We may ask for information needed to verify identity and organizational authority, without requesting passwords or access tokens. Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date. The existing service terms and applicable organizational agreement also govern use of SOL.
